Family Hope Connection understands that adoption is a lifelong process and that during different developmental stages, adoptees may grapple with difficult issues such as grief, loss and abandonment, anger, and identity. Adoptive parents may struggle with transracial or transcultural issues, or with the realities and behaviors associated with having adopted a child with special needs.

In keeping with our philosophy of providing a comprehensive continuum of services, Family Hope Connection offers a variety of post-adoption services to address the long-term needs of adoptive families. These include the following:
